By accessing and using NexSyrus Restaurant Management System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to your restaurant operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. QR Ordering & Payments
Our platform facilitates QR-based ordering. While we provide the infrastructure, you are responsible for the accuracy of your menu prices and the fulfillment of customer orders.
4. Limitation of Liability
NexSyrus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our restaurant management platform.
